Our company successfully conducted an audit by ACPS Automotive GMBH, during which we verified and confirmed a production project of 50,000 – 70,000 pieces of pipes annually. These pipes are a key component of the towing devices for BMW vehicles. In the production process, we carry out various operations such as bending, cutting, and milling.
Additionally, a regular customer audit was conducted by Geberit, for whom we manufacture components for the latest plumbing systems. Our production includes bending, forming, and welding. For example, complete plumbing systems from Geberit are located in the Broumov Monastery.
The quality manager of Boltjes Group stated that both audits concluded with the highest possible rating and without any discrepancies. These audit findings underscore our commitment to continuous development of knowledge in all relevant areas of management at Boltjes Group.
