Thanks to long-term cooperation with large international companies engaging in the field of heating technology and industrial cooling, Boltjes Group has acquired extensive experience in the field of copper, steel, stainless steel and aluminium tube brazing. We are able to perform tube brazing using the brazing methods mentioned below (manual or automatic brazing).
Manual brazing
Brazing with compressed oxygen/natural gas with priming of liquid flux; we use this method to braze parts with more complicated shapes and to process job orders with a small number of units. In addition to this, we are able to braze tubes and pipelines with phosphorus and silver.
