Tube cutting / sawing not a problem for the Boltjes Group.

Besides bending of tubes, you can also contact us for tube cutting / sawing. Thanks to fully automated CNC machinery the tube cutting / sawing can be done with a high speed and accuracy.

Tube cutting / sawing is carried out on the following machines:

Bewo SCF 90 MULTI CNC

Automatic circular saw with a stacker for material up to 6 m long, option for automatic deburring from 125 mm length, option for sawing pipes and profiles, conveyer for short pieces, diameter of material from 6 - 60 mm.

Bewo DCP 60 M CNC

Automatic circular saw with a stacker for material up to 6 m long, option for automatic deburring from 125 mm length, diameter of material from 6 - 60 mm.

Bianco MOD 370 CNC

Automatic band saw, automatic feeder, up to 6 m long material, maximum size of cut profile 240 x 300 mm.

Bewo NC CPO 315 HA

Semiautomatic circular saw, used for cutting of already bent parts and cutting for job orders with a low number of pieces.

E.M.S. CT 76

Cutting machine, cutting of material with two blades, minimum pipe wall 1.5 mm Ø of the material 15, 18, 22, 28, 35, 42 and 54mm
