The Boltjes Group: specialist in tube end forming

We will expand by the end of this year our technical possibilities of deforming with the purchase of a new tube end forming machine. This roll forming machine offers more technical possibilities compared to the existing tube end forming machines. This fully electrical CNC BLM machine with operational output up to 10 tons can process a wide variety of materials including all our currently used materials as steel, stainless steel, copper and aluminium. The machine has 5 controlled forming strokes and 2 rolling heads (1st head is clamping and 2nd head is milling), which enables a higher forming accuracy. We also ordered a second Motoman welding robot to expand our welding capacity.
